Cleaver

Cleaver by Karen Gadient, 2015

Cleaver. Watercolor, gouache, and graphite on cold press watercolor paper.

Apologies if I’ve missed some of your comments here recently. WordPress hasn’t been emailing me all comments. It’s been random… some get sent to me and some don’t! Has this been happening to any of you lately?

    Very well balanced composition.

  2. Oh, yes! Brilliant choice of colour and texture and shape.

<grin> And, a perfect opportunity for me to share some geek cred: I work in the film industry, and the other day Denise Crosby (Tasha Yar, Star Trek: Next Generation) came at me on set with a meat cleaver. (It was very, very funny and we both laughed πŸ™‚ )
