Plethora

Plethora by Karen Gadient, 2015

Plethora. Watercolor, gouache, pencil, and pastel with digital post work.

Created from three scans: one with watercolor and gouache on watercolor paper, another with pastel and pencils on charcoal paper, and a final sheet of gouache strokes on onion skin paper. Art experiment―and also a bit of therapeutic fun!

Angels can fly because they can take themselves lightly. ― G.K. Chesterton
