Deep Sea Cavern

Deep Sea Cavern by Karen Gadient, 2015

Deep Sea Cavern. Pastel, ink, and digital mixed media.

Almost a quarter of our planet is a single mountain range and we didn’t enter it until after Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin went to the moon. So we went to the moon, played golf up there, before we went to the largest feature on our own planet. ― Robert Ballard

  1. Beautiful blue, blends in so perfectly with your background. πŸ™‚ You should create your own personal art background. But I guess perhaps you need something plain or it might clash with your other art?

    • Thanks. πŸ™‚ Yes, I keep the background plain for the art on the posts. I also pay the yearly fee to avoid ads… same reason, but also because I don’t want ads that clash with my ethics (i.e., fast food or something that I don’t support).

      • I agree with you on the ads, they’ve been getting a bit much lately, and not just WordPress either, some of the writers sites I post at, their advertising is huge and flashing – really offensive. I have an issue with the ads, but also an issue with being asked to pay not to have them. Can’t see what good the ads do, it will more likely drive people away than get them to respond. I use an ad blocker which has been perfect, until very recently, hardly blocks any adds now. 😦
