Primeval Forest

Primeval Forest by Karen Gadient, 2014

Primeval Forest. Something fun I did last week. Crafted from different photographs of local desert plants, then digitally painted and stylized into one piece to become an ancient―or alien, perhaps―landscape.

The whole secret of the study of nature lies in learning how to use one’s eyes.

  1. I think I could live here.

  2. I’ve seen your gravitar pic as we visit some of the same blogs, so thought I’d drop by. Very interesting work … and I appreciate your description of the process.

  3. Your vibrant work is very interesting and wonderful!

  4. Looks like an arty map, with an interesting plant growing out of it! 🙂 Perhaps another world, another planet entirely?
