Reverberation by Karen Gadient, 2014

Reverberation. Something fun I made using an unusual color palette. I see it as a dance of warmth and coolness, of sound and light.

Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail. — Ralph Waldo Emerson

  1. Every time I think I’ve found a favorite, you come up with another. Lovely work.

  2. It would be fun to show people your pictures and ask them what they see (first thing that comes to mind). 🙂 At first I was thinking basketball, but I like your description better.

  3. And I can see someone dancing!

  4. Light dancing, I like that idea! And it does, reflections on various surfaces or even combined with dust, it joins in the dance. But we don’t see it much. It’s good to have art that makes you think. And the blue bit reminds me of a sound wave. 🙂

  5. Wonderful. So striking and imaginative. Lovely quote too. With your permission, I’d love to use it for my site tomorrow 🙂
