Dusk to Dawn

Dusk to Dawn by Karen Gadient, 2014

Dusk to Dawn. Created with Corel Painter.
Moonlit still life at table with flowers.

Night, the beloved. Night, when words fade and things come alive. When the destructive analysis of day is done, and all that is truly important becomes whole and sound again. When man reassembles his fragmentary self and grows with the calm of a tree. — Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

  1. Beautiful work. I love this painting. It reminds me of the kitchen of the house I grew up in a long time ago. I think it is the red table top. 🙂

  2. I love it when you put poetry with your art.

  3. I like this piece a lot. There is a lot of suggested imagery. And it keeps folding out into different landscapes depending on which point I choose as the focus.
