My husband David snapped this picture recently. Can you guess what it is?
[Next-Day Update] Here’s what it is: Bob’s Big Boy.
Well, the first picture was his rear end!
We found him in a vintage Americana shop at Barrett-Jackson, along with tons of other old items from restaurants and gas stations. Yep, he was for sale! Not sure of the price. Wonder if anyone bought him? He was about twice our height.

Oh! I know what it is
Hehe. Good of you to be hush about it for the other folks! Thought this might give you a smile.
hmmm, it looks like a rear end perhaps? Of course, if I’m wrong, then this guess will seem very silly! But I’m not sure of what exactly…. Might be a cultural gap here!
Probably a cultural gap on the specifics, yes. You do have it right, though… it IS a rear end!
I’m relieved my guess wasn’t off – I was a bit embarrassed to comment in case I was wrong!
Looking forward to checking back in later to find out the rest of the story….
Updated the post to show you whose rear end it was.
umm… the rear end of *what*, exactly?
Hey, Shemi! Nice to “see” you here. Oh, I’m sure someone will soon guess exactly “whut butt” that is.
Eventually, I’ll change the post to tell the story behind (ha ha, see what I did there) the picture.
New picture on the post.
I tried to guess without looking at other’s replies…but I am totally at a loss…even after I took a look at what other’s wrote and the clue I saw.
I am awaiting the blog post answer. This is kinda fun.
There you go: added a picture.
I should put David’s photos up here more often.
Ohhh….hahahaha. When I read your answer in an email that came to me I thought…what???? It is your other’s rear end?!?!?!?! lol
(Then again,if it was..how would he have taken the photo!)
Ha ha ha. Oops. Man, he if wore pants with a pattern like that, I wouldn’t been seen in public with him!
hey I have a big boy toy- he’s quite old
Hehe. But he’s still got it.
Yay for Big Boy! We have a few of them in Michigan.
I’ve actually been to one up there. Ann Arbor.
Wow. I should have known it was that. I was too busy thinking, “Ooo. Shiny.”
